WE FIRST MET AT UNIVERSITY AND QUICKLY BECAME BEST MATES. WHILST THERE, WE NOTICED WE HAD A COUPLE OF THINGS IN COMMON: A SHARED PASSION FOR COOKING AND A LACK OF INTEREST IN OUR ACTUAL DEGREE! 

 

AFTER GRADUATING, WE GAINED (MUCH NEEDED) EXPERIENCE WORKING ACROSS CANTEENS IN LONDON. WE WERE EXPOSED TO A VARIETY OF CUISINES DURING OUR TIME THERE, BUT WE KEPT GRAVITATING TOWARDS MEXICAN FOOD - IN PARTICULAR BURRITOS! 

 

TO OUR SURPRISE, WE COULDN'T FIND BURRITOS WHERE WE LIVED AND MANY OF OUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY WERE UNFAMILIAR WITH THEM. FROM THAT POINT ON, WE KNEW WE WANTED TO WORK TOGETHER AND MAKE IT OUR GOAL TO CHANGE THAT! 

 

THE LOCKDOWN PROVIDED US WITH THE OPPORTUNITY TO TRIAL BURRITOS IN OUR LOCAL AREA USING A CLOSED KITCHEN. WE LOVED EXPERIMENTING WITH OUR FOOD AND INCORPORATING DIFFERENT CUISINES TO CREATE REGULAR 'BRORRITO SPECIALS'! 

 

NOW, WE’RE SO EXCITED TO OPEN OUR FIRST BRICK AND MORTAR RESTAURANT IN ELTHAM. BRORRITOS AIM'S TO PROVIDE A TRENDY ALTERNATIVE TO

DISRUPT THE TRADITIONAL TAKEAWAY SCENE.
